Brian J. Westfield is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business Transactions Practice. The attorneys in this practice represent clients in a wide range of business transactions, including negotiated purchases and divestitures by public and private companies, tender offers, restructurings, spin-offs, leveraged buy-outs, and “going private” transactions. We represent buyers and sellers, investment and commercial banks, private equity and venture capital funds, and other clients in transactions ranging from a few million dollars to more than $70 billion.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Westfield was an associate in the corporate department of another prestigious law firm's New York office.

Mr. Westfield is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
