Katherine Dick is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. The lawyers in our Labor and Employment Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including employment counseling and single-plaintiff litigation, complex employment and employee benefits litigation, single-employer and industry-wide collective bargaining, Department of Labor matters, intellectual property disputes, and intricate employee benefits matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Dick participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working at the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project in Florence, Arizona. While there, she provided legal assistance to hundreds of detained pro se immigrants and represented individuals before USCIS, immigration judges, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Ms. Dick earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2010, where she was a Martin Luther King Jr. Scholar, board member of the King Hall Legal Foundation, and a participant in the University of Copenhagen School of Law Exchange Program. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dick served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Niger from 2004 to 2007. She received her M.A.R. from Yale University in 2003 and her B.A., cum laude, in religious studies from Hamline University in 2000.

Ms. Dick is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Central Districts of California.
