Erica Rae Cline is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Cline focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, mass torts, and complex business disputes. Ms. Cline has represented mortgage, banking, and chemical companies, as well as industrial and manufacturing companies, in a broad range of litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters. These matters have included class actions, MDL proceedings, and serial litigation at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.

Ms. Cline also counsels nationally known residential mortgage companies in connection with their efforts to respond to changes in the legal and regulatory landscape that have been caused by increased defaults and foreclosures.

Ms. Cline earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2005. While attending law school, she was a comments editor for the Penn State Law Review and competed in multiple trial competitions. During her third year of law school, the American College of Bankruptcy named Ms. Cline the 2005 Distinguished Law Student from the Third Circuit.

Ms. Cline is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
