Yin "Lily" Zheng is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Zheng defends employers against lawsuits and administrative complaints involving federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Zheng participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights in San Francisco, where she counseled low-income entrepreneurs on how to start their businesses.

Ms. Zheng received her J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis in 2009, where she was the executive articles editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. She received her M.A. in East Asian studies from Washington University in St. Louis in 2006 and her B.A. in journalism from Shanghai International Studies University in 2003. She is a native Mandarin speaker.

Ms. Zheng is admitted to practice in California.
