John T. Boxer is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Personal Law Practice. Mr. Boxer focuses his practice on estate and tax planning and closely held business planning, including succession planning, philanthropic planning, and shareholder agreements. He counsels individuals and corporate fiduciaries in connection with estate and trust administration matters. He also regularly handles fiduciary income tax, gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.
Mr. Boxer received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2000 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1999, where he served as chief production editor for the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. He received his B.A. in environmental studies from Rollins College in 1996.
