Thomas Benjamin "Ben" Huggett is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Huggett’s practice focuses exclusively on representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Mr. Huggett routinely represents management in litigation of matters arising under the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Mine Safety and Health Act. He has helped management develop and implement safety policies throughout the United States.

Mr. Huggett also routinely provides counseling on matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act and Railway Labor Act. He has assisted management with collective bargaining strategy and negotiations, and he conducts arbitrations.

Mr. Huggett also handles employment discrimination matters involving the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Americans With Disabilities Act. He provides counseling on matters arising under these Acts and handles administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local fair employment practice agencies, and the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor.

Mr. Huggett was the recipient of the 1997 John H. Fanning Labor Law Scholarship, as well as the winner of the 1996 John H. Fanning Labor Law Writing Competition.

Mr. Huggett is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
