Joanne R. Soslow is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Soslow's practice is focused on small- to mid-cap public companies and emerging growth businesses. She has represented public companies with respect to corporate governance and reporting issues, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, and merger and acquisition transactions. She also advises boards of directors and significant shareholders on disclosure issues, corporate communication policies and fiduciary duty matters.

In addition, a significant part of Ms. Soslow’s practice is focused on advising emerging growth businesses on all aspects of corporate activity. She has advised companies on planning for and implementing growth strategies. She has represented both investors and companies in all types of venture capital transactions and has handled all aspects of such transactions including structuring issues and the negotiation of deal documentation.

Ms. Soslow represents clients in a variety of industries including biotechnology, specialty pharma, financial services, technology and manufacturing. She is a member of the firm’s Advisory Board and Diversity Committee.

Ms. Soslow is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
