Morgan Lewis advised Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. on the signing of a definitive agreement whereby Susquehanna will acquire all outstanding shares of Tower common stock in a stock and cash transaction.

Morgan Lewis advised Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. on its merger agreement with Abington Bancorp, Inc. Susquehanna will acquire all outstanding shares of Abington's common stock in a stock-for-stock transaction, totaling approximately $273 million.

BMP Sunstone and sanofi-aventis announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement where sanofi-aventis will acquire all outstanding shares of BMP Sunstone at $10 per share, or approximately $520.6 million.
