Megan Barry Borovicka is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Borovicka represents employers in a wide array of employment matters, with an emphasis on defending discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She handles single-plaintiff and class action litigation, and represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels and administrative agencies. Ms. Borovicka counsels employers on all aspects of employment law, including risk management and litigation prevention, discrimination and harassment complaints, and employee terminations. She represents nonprofit and charitable organizations in addition to corporate clients.

Ms. Borovicka earned her J.D. in 2005 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a member of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. She earned her B.S. in biology from Yale University in 2000.

Ms. Borovicka is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California.
