David A. Aaronson is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Aaronson focuses his practice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities matters, and general corporate and contract matters, with a primary focus on energy industry transactions.

Mr. Aaronson received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2010, where he was an articles and notes editor for the Texas International Law Journal and a member of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. He received his B.A., cum laude, in political science from Texas A&M University in 2007.

Mr. Aaronson is admitted to practice in Texas.
