Ann Kerr Stewart is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Stewart focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has trial experience, as well as experience with intellectual property matters; securities matters; and commercial matters involving business torts, contracts, and injunctive relief.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Stewart was an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice of a large law firm in Dallas, Texas.

Ms. Stewart received her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1998, where she was a member of the Florida State Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. She received her A.B. in political science from Brown University in 1991.

Ms. Stewart is admitted to practice in Florida and Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
