Sandhya K. Kidd is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Intellectual Property Practice. Since joining Morgan, Lewis, Ms. Kidd has focused on patent litigation and has worked on Hatch-Waxman litigations for major pharmaceutical clients including GlaxoSmithKline and Daiichii Sankyo.

Ms. Kidd is experienced with all stages of litigation including planning and implementing document collection, including e-discovery, document production, discovery, motion practice, and summary judgment.

Beyond litigation experience, Ms. Kidd has worked with clients on a variety of issues including trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection issues, as well as matters arising from franchising, advertising, and contracts.

Ms. Kidd earned her J.D. from Yeshiva University, Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 2003. She earned her B.A. in English and her B.S. in biochemistry from the University of Maryland in 1998.

Ms. Kidd is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
