Elizabeth Buckler is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Elizabeth advises sponsors, lenders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance matters, including acquisition, asset, trade, infrastructure and property finance, and debt refinancings and restructurings. She also advises on private investment fund formation and investment management.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Elizabeth worked with the banking department of a prominent city law firm advising borrowers from a broad range of industry sectors, sponsors, lenders, investors, fund managers, pension trustees, and turnaround and insolvency practitioners on, amongst other things, UK and cross-border acquisitions (with a particular focus on private equity transactions), corporate facilities, refinancings and property finance.
Elizabeth earned her Postgraduate Diploma in legal practice in 2006 and her Graduate Diploma in law in 2005 from the College of Law of England and Wales, Guildford and her BA, with honors, in English from the University of Durham in 2004.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
