Richard J. Sabat is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Mr. Sabat's practice focuses on real estate matters, including loan and real estate portfolio sales and acquisitions, loan workouts and asset recoveries, bank and savings and loan failures, business law, banking law, gaming, joint ventures and partnerships.
Mr. Sabat is active in various local and national bar association committees, and has lectured on a variety of real estate law matters.
