Michelle A. Stocker is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Stocker focuses her practice on employment litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on defending discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. In addition to advising and defending corporate clients, Ms. Stocker works pro bono for nonprofit and charitable organizations.
Ms. Stocker received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008, where she served as lead content editor for the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal and was president of the Women and Law Association. While in law school, Ms. Stocker was a summer associate at Morgan Lewis in 2007 and was a judicial extern for Judge Socrates P. Manoukian of the Santa Clara Superior Court in 2006. She received her B.A., cum laude, in political science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2005.
