Ulf-Gerson Kemper

Ulf-Gerson Kemper is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Kemper focuses his practice on commercial law with an emphasis on real estate transactions and the financing of transactions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Kemper worked in a Berlin law office where he advised international clients on real estate transactions as well as on general commercial law issues.

Mr. Kemper passed his second state exam in Wiesbaden, Germany in 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Kemper held a legal clerkship with the State Court of Wiesbaden, Germany, where he worked, inter alia, for the banking and finance department in the New York office of a major American law firm and a Wiesbaden, Germany–based law office that focuses on commercial and civil law. Prior to his legal studies, he worked in a German bank in Mannheim in connection with his business administration studies.

Mr. Kemper earned his LL.M., with honors, in commercial law from the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 2004. He passed his first state exam at the Universität Heidelberg in 2003 and received his diploma in business administration from the Vocational University in Mannheim in 1997. Mr. Kemper is fluent in German and English.
