Robert J. Lichtenstein is the leader of Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice and the leader of the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Interdisciplinary Practice Group. Mr. Lichtenstein’s clients include those in the retail, financial, hospitality and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Lichtenstein provides counseling on all facets of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including equity and incentive compensation plans, employment arrangements, ERISA, qualified retirement plans, and pension and profit-sharing plans, as well as litigating employee benefit claims and disputes. He also has experience in matters involving ESOPs, federal tax law and representations before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor, as well as in general business counseling.

Mr. Lichtenstein is a board member of a privately held manufacturing company, director of Maritrans, Inc., and an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and at the Villanova University Law School. He is also very active with the Federation Allied Jewish Appeal.
