Greta L. Burkholder is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government or private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.

Ms. Burkholder focuses her practice on conducting internal investigations and representing clients in criminal and civil cases involving allegations of price-fixing and monopolization. She also assists clients in responding to Requests for Additional Information and Documentary Materials (Second Requests) from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Ms. Burkholder earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010, where she served on the article review board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. She received her B.A. in biology from the University of Virginia in 2004.

Ms. Burkholder is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
