Brooke Erin Leach is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. Ms. Leach represents electric, natural gas, and water utilities in litigation and regulatory proceedings. Her transactional energy practice is focused on renewable energy. Ms. Leach also provides advice and representation with respect to state and federal environmental laws.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Leach was an associate with a Delaware firm, concentrating her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation with a focus on public utility litigation before the Delaware Public Service Commission. She served as counsel to the Delaware Public Service Commission in a variety of matters, including its review of a long-term generation bid proposal for the procurement of offshore wind power in Delaware.
Ms. Leach received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2006 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from Wake Forest University in 2003.
Ms. Leach is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
