K. Michael Carlton is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management Practice. Mr. Carlton focuses his practice on the regulation of investment companies and investment advisers.
Mr. Carlton earned his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law in 2011, where he served as a managing editor of the Emory Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a legal assistant in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management Practice. Mr. Carlton earned his B.A., with distinction, in economics and political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003.
