Stephen D. Orosz

Stephen D. Orosz is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Orosz represents leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of domestic and international commercial finance transactions. His practice focuses on syndicated debt financings (both secured and unsecured facilities), multinational credit facilities, asset-based financings, and domestic and international debt workouts and restructurings.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Orosz was an associate in the Boston office of an international law firm, where he represented a wide variety of companies ranging from alternative energy nonprofits in need of general corporate guidance to large international private equity firms engaged in complex mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Orosz received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2008 and his B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in history from Boston College in 2002.

Mr. Orosz is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
