Christopher J. Boran is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Boran represents management in a wide range of employment matters, with an emphasis on class action litigation arising out of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), including employer stock drop and 401(k) fees litigation.
Mr. Boran's practice also includes collective action litigation arising out of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as litigation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and various other federal employment laws.
Mr. Boran received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 2000.
Mr. Boran is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eleventh Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
