Dawn S. Pittman is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Pittman's practice centers on complex litigation matters, with a focus on insurance recovery for corporate policyholders and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in insurance recovery litigation for asbestos, environmental, mold, and toxic-tort liabilities, as well as Director's & Officer's coverage matters.

Ms. Pittman has participated in several trials, including one multiphased trial where, after successfully litigating the first phase bench trial, the opposing parties agreed to a stipulated judgment and damages in favor of Ms. Pittman's clients. She also has experience in the defense of toxic tort, product liability, and securities matters on behalf corporate defendants.

Prior representations include environmental and insurance coverage work on behalf of EPEC Oil regarding former retail service stations throughout the south and southeastern United States, which resulted in a multimillion dollar recovery; and litigation on behalf of Hertz Corporation and Bank of America.

Ms. Pittman is admitted to practice in California.
