Máire Ellen Donovan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice, where she works with clients on a variety of commercial litigation and white collar matters. She has experience counseling and representing pharmaceutical, food, and financial services clients. Ms. Donovan has represented corporate clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal civil litigation throughout the United States. She has also assisted clients in government and internal investigations, and was part of a trial team in a civil action brought by a state attorney general.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Donovan clerked for Judge D. Michael Fisher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Donovan earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she was an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review and received the Fidelity National Title Insurance Company Award, the Saint Ives Medal, and the West Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award. Ms. Donovan earned her B.A., cum laude, in political science, with a minor in Irish studies, from Boston College in 2001.

Ms. Donovan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
