Patrick D. Fleming

Patrick D. Fleming is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Fleming’s practice focuses on all areas of corporate insolvency, including corporate bankruptcy, work-outs, restructuring, debtor-in-possession financing, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy litigation.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Fleming served as a law clerk to Judge Robert E. Gerber of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Fleming received his LL.M. in bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law in 2009 and his J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2008, where he was an associate editor for the Georgia State University Law Review. Mr. Fleming received his B.S., with honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004.

Mr. Fleming is admitted to practice in New York.
