Gabrielle DiFabbio is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. DiFabbio represents private investment funds in structuring and formation and provides counsel to investment banks, universities, and institutional investors in a variety of domestic and international private investment funds including hedge funds, funds-of-funds, venture capital funds, and other private equity funds.

Ms. DiFabbio received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2005, where she was president of its Moot Court and an editor of the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in English from the State University of New York at Albany in 2001.

Ms. DiFabbio is admitted to practice in New York.
