Joseph D. Zargari is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice. Mr. Zargari's practice focuses on the structuring, formation, governance of, and investment in domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, and other private equity funds. He provides counsel to major financial institutions, investment banks, and other institutional investors in their roles as sponsors and investment entities.

Mr. Zargari received his J.D., cum laude, from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2005, where he was articles editor for the Buffalo Law Review. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in philosophy from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2002, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
