Ms. Jachera’s practice focuses on the representation of employers in all phases of employment-related litigation arising under federal, state and local employment laws.

Ms. Jachera has extensive trial experience defending employers against discrimination claims based on sexual harassment, age discrimination, equal pay, disability discrimination, and race and national-origin discrimination in both state and federal court, and before the EEOC and various state agencies. Her trial experience has earned her the designation by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.

Ms. Jachera successfully argued the Martindale v. Sandvik case in which the New Jersey Supreme Court upheld the validity of arbitration agreements in employment applications. She also testified before the Senate Labor Committee in opposition to proposed amendments to the NJLAD which sought to overturn Martindale and invalidate arbitration agreements in the employment context.

Ms. Jachera is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
