Marc J. Shanker is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Mr. Shanker earned his J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2002. While in law school, Mr. Shanker served as a judicial intern for Judge Ricardo M. Urbina of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He earned his B.A. in economics and Spanish from Emory University in 1999. Mr. Shanker is fluent in Spanish and English.
