David W. Marston Jr.

David W. Marston Jr. is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Marston represents corporate clients in a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property litigation, class actions and complex commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Marston has represented clients in international litigation, including international arbitrations.

Mr. Marston earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 1999. Following law school, Mr. Marston worked as law clerk to Judge Roderick R. McKelvie, U.S. District Judge for the District of Delaware. Mr. Marston served on active duty with the U.S. Coast Guard in Miami, Florida from 1993 to 1996. He earned his B.S. in communications from Cornell University in 1992.

Mr. Marston is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
