Sanjay Hebbar is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice. Mr. Hebbar focuses his practice on the structuring and formation of private investment funds, including hedge funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. He also provides counsel to institutional investors with respect to their investments in such funds.

Mr. Hebbar's practice includes reviewing and drafting private investment fund limited partnership agreements and other ancillary documents. He also has experience in preparing comments with respect to such documents as well as drafting and negotiating side letter agreements.

Mr. Hebbar received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2004 and his B.A. in psychology from Cornell University in 1998.

Mr. Hebbar is admitted to practice in New York.
