Carla J. Feldman is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. She is also the practice group leader for the Labor and Employment Practice in Los Angeles and Irvine. Ms. Feldman represents management in cases involving wrongful termination and constructive wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, sexual orientation, racial and age discrimination, violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, retaliation, workplace violence, unfair competition, employee benefits, and trade secret theft. She also represents employers and labor management in collective bargaining and grievance proceedings and counsels executives in the negotiation of employment contracts, severance, and stock-option agreements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Feldman was a partner at a multiservice national law firm in Los Angeles. She has been listed as a Top Female Litigator for the past six years and a Southern California Super Lawyer for the past four years.
Ms. Feldman received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1985 and her B.A. from the University of California at San Diego in 1981.
