Sofia A. Rosala is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Ms. Rosala focuses her practice on the regulation of investment companies and investment advisers. She provides ongoing advice with regard to a wide variety of regulatory compliance and securities law issues that impact investment companies and their advisers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Rosala was an attorney for SEI Investments.

Ms. Rosala received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1998, where she was an associate editor for the Temple International and Comparatives Law Journal. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.

Ms. Rosala is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
