David C. Schwartz

David C. Schwartz is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Schwartz has a diverse corporate practice and has represented publicly and privately held clients in securities law matters, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, and other corporate transactions. Mr. Schwartz regularly advises a broad range of clients, including startup companies, privately held middle-market companies, and publicly held companies with respect to securities law compliance, general corporate transactions, and corporate governance.

Mr. Schwartz earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2001. He earned his B.A., with honors, in government and law/economics and business from Lafayette College in 1998.

Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
