Edward S. Mazurek is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. He represents management in the United States and Europe in U.S. Labor and Employment Law matters focusing on employment law litigation and trial and appellate practice, human resources legal counseling, confidentiality/trade secrets agreements and non-compete agreements, NLRA enforcement, and DOL enforcement in the private sector, in union and non-union environments. He has successfully defended employers in jury trials in multi-plaintiff and single plaintiff race, sex, age and pregnancy harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases, and common law claims.
