Kirsten M. Evans is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Evans represents and counsels management in a wide range of labor and employment issues, with a particular emphasis on traditional labor matters and employment litigation. Her litigation experience includes individual and class-action litigation arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal employment laws. She also represents employers in front of the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various other state and local fair employment agencies.

Ms. Evans received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2005. While in law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the University of Illinois Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A., with honors, in political science from Northwestern University in 2002.

Ms. Evans is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
