Christopher M. Winter is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Winter was an associate in the business reorganization and financial restructuring group in the Wilmington, Delaware office of a large national law firm.

Mr. Winter earned his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2001, where he served as articles editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. He earned his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1995.

Mr. Winter is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
