Diana M. Uribe is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Uribe devotes a substantial part of her practice to the representation of employers in traditional labor law matters, including union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice litigation before the National Labor Relations Board, labor arbitrations, and contract negotiations. She also has handled wage and hour collective actions and race discrimination class actions, and counsels employers on the development and implementation of positive employee relations policies and practices.
Ms. Uribe received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008, where she served as an executive editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and participated in the annual Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Ms. Uribe was an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Uribe received her M.B.A. from Florida International University in 2003 while working in operations at a manufacturing facility in Florida. She received her B.S. in marketing from Florida State University in 2000. Ms. Uribe is fluent in Spanish and English.
Ms. Uribe is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Florida.
