S. Jessica Ourk

S. Jessica Ourk is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Ourk participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program where she worked for the Volunteer Legal Services Program of the Bar Association of San Francisco. As an attorney fellow, Ms. Ourk assisted nonprofit organizations serving low-income communities with 501(c)(3) incorporation, governance, employment, and tax-related issues.

Ms. Ourk received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2009, where she was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She received her B.A. in political science and sociology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005.

Ms. Ourk is admitted to practice in California and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
