W. John Lee is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Lee represents employers in a broad array of labor and employment law matters, including matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has litigated employment discrimination class actions, Sarbanes-Oxley and state-law whistleblower actions, unfair competition and trade secrets cases, wage and hour class and collective actions, and single-plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Lee counsels clients on a variety of employment issues including contract disputes, decisions regarding adverse employment actions, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. He has also conducted annual compensation statistical analyses for clients.

Mr. Lee earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2007, where he served as managing editor of the Temple Law Review. He received his B.A. in anthropology from the University of Virginia in 2000.

Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
