Yue "Julie" Zhu is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Zhu’s practice includes venture capital financing, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities, with an emphasis on investment in emerging companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Zhu worked as an intern for the corporate division of Wal-Mart's legal department.

Ms. Zhu received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2006; her M.S. in biology from the University of Iowa in 2003; and her B.S. in biology from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2000. Ms. Zhu is fluent in Mandarin and English.
