Grace E. So is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. So participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program where she worked for the Volunteer Legal Services Program of the Bar Association of San Francisco. As a legal fellow, Ms. So helped clients defend against collection actions and provided counsel and assistance to clients dealing with student loan and consumer debt issues.

Ms. So received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009. She received her B.A. in political science and her B.S. in biology from the University of California, San Diego in 2006.

Ms. So is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
