Kenneth T. Taylor is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Taylor focuses his practice on the representation of issuers and underwriters in connection with the registered and unregistered offering of equity securities, including initial public offerings, and high-yield, convertible and investment grade debt securities, including offerings conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Mr. Taylor also has experience with tender and exchange offers, corporate governance and general securities regulation.

Mr. Taylor has represented companies in the financial services, chemical, industrial manufacturing, transportation, media, real estate and healthcare industries, among others. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Taylor was an associate in the corporate practice in the New York office of an international law firm.

Mr. Taylor received his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2005, where he was an editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He received his B.A. in politics from New York University in 2000.
