Adelmise Rosemé Warner is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Warner represents employers in a wide variety of employment-related matters, with an emphasis on defending discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff cases in state and federal courts. She also has experience counseling employers on all aspects of employment law, including leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation, and investigation. In addition, Ms. Warner has experience handling arbitrations and mediations on a variety of employment-related issues.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Warner was a Deputy City Attorney at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, where her practice encompassed employment litigation and arbitration in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff cases, as well as employment advice. Before joining the City Attorney's Office in 2005, she was an associate in the labor and employment practice of an international law firm, where she focused on defending single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff cases as well as employment counseling of diverse clients.

Ms. Warner received her J.D., with honors, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2001, where she was a member of the Hastings Law Journal and participated in various moot court competitions, including the Wagner Labor Law Moot Court Competition. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Warner interned at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington, D.C., where she investigated discrimination charges filed with the EEOC. She received her B.A., with honors, in political science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997.

Ms. Warner is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
