John M. Boylston

John M. Boylston is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Boylston's practice focuses in part on products liability and toxic torts in the complex mass litigation setting. Mr. Boylston's litigation experience includes conducting depositions, writing motions, and trial preparation for products liability actions. Additionally, he has served as second or third-chair trial counsel for multiple jury trials. Mr. Boylston has also served clients as national discovery coordinator.

Mr. Boylston has represented clients in retail consumer class action litigation, general commercial matters, healthcare, and insurance recovery. He has practiced before state and federal courts and has represented clients in arbitration and mediations.

Mr. Boylston received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2006 and his B.A., magna cum laude, in philosophy from Westmont College in 2003.
