Howard T. Weir, III is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Weir’s practice focuses on a variety of complex litigation issues, including environmental law matters, Superfund and environmental insurance disputes. Mr. Weir also has an extensive background in the trial of commercial contract and employment related matters.
Mr. Weir has represented and continues to represent clients in several fields, including the defense manufacturing, chemical and electronics industries.
Following law school, Mr. Weir served as a law clerk for Judge Walter P. Gewin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Weir is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
