Paul N. Kokulis is special counsel in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Kokulis is experienced in all phases of patent law and practice. He is recognized as one of the leading United States attorneys in patent interference litigation, and has been involved in many significant interferences. A majority of the interferences have been in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology areas.

Mr. Kokulis has extensive experience practicing before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, particularly with respect to chemical and biotechnology matters, and he frequently participates in training seminars regarding chemical patent procedures and interference practice. He also is recognized for his licensing experience, has served as arbitrator in patent disputes, and is frequently consulted on patent strategies and related matters. He has been active on numerous patent-related matters.
