Kevin B. Dreher is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Dreher's practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage litigation. His insurance coverage counseling and litigation experience spans a wide range of insurance disputes, including those involving first-party property, business interruption and contingent business interruption, D&O, professional liability, public officials liability, products liability, environmental and asbestos liability, and more. Mr. Dreher's insurance coverage practice is nationwide and has involved litigation in jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Mr. Dreher also regularly represents and counsels Fortune 500 companies in other areas of litigation, including commercial contract disputes and fraud, outsourcing, bankruptcy, class actions, white collar defense, and corporate investigations.
Mr. Dreher has authored a number of articles and publications on insurance coverage and other topics. He also is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education courses on various insurance coverage issues and has taught courses at the University of Illinois in the areas of trial advocacy and public speaking.
Mr. Dreher is admitted to practice in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
