Albert L. Tsoi

Albert L. Tsoi is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Tsoi was a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm.

Mr. Tsoi earned his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2006, where he was a senior staff member of the American University Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Tsoi participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic, where he represented clients in Maryland. He also studied abroad at Erasmus University in the Netherlands and worked as a legal intern at the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network in Washington, D.C. Mr. Tsoi received his B.A. from Pomona College in 2003.

Mr. Tsoi is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
