Alexis J. Gilman

Alexis J. Gilman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Mr. Gilman's practice focuses on merger counseling, particularly government investigations both in the United States and abroad, as well as the premerger review process of the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act. He has participated in merger investigations and second requests involving the pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, financial services and book publishing industries. He has prepared dozens of HSR filings for U.S. and international clients across a wide range of industries and for transactions valued at more than $1 billion.

Mr. Gilman's practice also includes antitrust counseling for trade associations, consent order compliance, antitrust matters arising from intellectual property issues and preparing notifications under the Exon-Florio Act to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), in connection with acquisitions of national security assets by foreign purchasers.

Mr. Gilman is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
